What is The London Rum Club?

The London Rum Club provides our members with a gift box that includes a bottle of delicious rum and gourmet treats. We also provide members with a brochure detailing the story of that month’s selected rum, tasting notes and a serving suggestion. Members can select a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly membership period. We also offer gift membership options.

How much does it cost?

We offer three subscription options for members and gift purchases- Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Each option costs £40 per period, i.e. if you join as a bi-monthly member you would pay £40 every two months for your gift box.

What is in the box?

Along with a delicious rum, that has been through our painstaking selection process, you will receive gourmet treats. These may include among others chocolates, crisps, rum mixers for example. Additionally, we provide a brochure that provides background story on that month’s rum, tasting notes, notes on the gourmet treats and a cocktail serving suggestion.

What are the membership options?

You can join as a member or sign up someone else as a member as a gift. This will mean you or the gift recipient get a delicious rum gift box provided on a monthly basis.

Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by notifying us at info@thelondonrumclub.co.uk

How do I become a member?

On thelondonrumclub.co.uk website if you click on the ‘Join as a member’ or ‘Buy as a Gift’ tabs it will take you through to Fastpay where you can enter your delivery details etc.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom & Ireland (including the Channel Islands).

When will my box arrive?

Your box will be sent each month requesting a signature and should arrive within the first few days of each month.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be taken within 5 days of your initial sign up and then on the same day each payment period prior to delivery.

What happens if I’m not at home when my box arrives?

On initially setting up your account there is a free format box that allows you to enter your delivery option preference e.g. leave with a neighbour. This will be added to your delivery, if there aren’t any delivery instructions and you are not at home when the delivery is attempted your box will be returned to your local post office and a card left for collection.
